 bidder tasks made easy - email, feedback, sales Handling bidders has never been easier! Bidder tasks are combined in one convenient dropdown list box in the middle of the 'Auctions' tab on the main screen. Find the task you wish to perform for the bidder and click the 'Do It' button. Things that kAuction does for any bidder include; generate the Winning Bid email (or have kAuction find all the bidders and email them all consecutively, automatically), Payment Received email, Late Reminder email and Item Shipped email. You can instantly Leave Feedback for the bidder (bulk feedback is also available from the 'Auction Task' list seen in the previous screen of the tour), check and see if they are a previous customer, check their feedback, and see all other outstanding bids they have on your items, and, most importantly, enter sales! Talk about convenience! |
