 view auctions, handle all auction chores Use kAuction's built-in browser to view any auctions in your database; current or past. kAuction makes many auction tasks a breeze. A convenient dropdown list box features most of the most common auction activities. Find the task you want to perform and click 'Do Auction Task' Some tasks include: View Auction, See High Bidders, Get High Bid Info and Get All High Bids (see paragraph below), Add Info to Auction, Revise Auction, Cancel a Bid, End Auction, Non-Pay Bidder Alert, Credit Request, Leave Bulk Feedback, etc. When an auction ends, go to it in your database and click 'Get High Bid Info' and kAuction will retrieve the username, email address, bid amount and quantity bid on for you! Even for dutch auctions. Or click 'Get All High Bids' and ALL auctions that have ended will have the bidder information retrieved. And 'Email All Bidders' sends a 'Winning Bidder' email to all bidders who have not yet been notified. So convenient! |
