Hi Dan!
I had to write and tell you how much I love this software! I ordered 2 copies (one for me and one for my mother) back in December. I spent a little time setting up and playing with it. Then I installed the software on my parents computer.Mom thinks of herself as computer illiterate but I think of her more as computer leery. She loves her computer but is afraid of trying new things. We both went through a period of not listing anything due to family obligations and just recently started listing again. I love all of the options and especially that everything is all in one place! The way that it pulls everything in for me is absolutely wonderful! Once I found my way around I'm sure that it has cut the bookkeeping part of sales by more than half. It seems to take no time at all!
Updates are not a problem for me, but for my mother downloads are a nervous time!I was impressed at how easy your updates are andmy mother was able to download her own updates with me doing a little coaching via ICQ. I think even she was impressed!
A few nights ago I was able to post 46 auctions that I had written earlier in about an hour while at the same time talking to a friend onICQ. I am just so impressed with speed and convenience of this program. Had I not been messaging I'm sure that I could have posted at least 2 auctions every minute!
Before I ordered it, Ilooked at several different programs. I wanted to find one that both my mother and I would be able to use. I felt it would be helpful if we were using the same program and that way we would be able to help each other through any problems that we ran into. After narrowing it down to 4 programs that might meet our needs, I emailed asking about support help for myself and my mother, should we need it. I will admit that this was kind of a test. I really believe that a product is only as good as it's customer service, whether it's buying a car or computer software. Not only was your email answer the first one that I received, it was also the only one that was a personal answer and not an automated response. One of the people that I emailed didn't answer at all. The other 2 referred me to their website without answering my question. If I hadn't already been sold on your software before that, I was then.

Say, I just want to thank you so much for a kick ass product. You wont believe how much our productivity has increased due in whole to K-Auction. Its just so compact and easy, and you dont have to use the browser forward and back, and shortcut all the sites inside E-Bay anymore. I figured it up, and my wife and I sell 78% more stock than previously due to the time management. I cant begin to tell you the increase in the bottom line figures.

Thank you for not forgetting us out there that bought the product and by not only keeping it current, but with richer features. I have recommended this software exclusively to fellow E-Bayers, and used my bottom line as an example. I have showed them the ease of it, and what it can do for them, and they have bought their copy and are LOVING IT!!!!!

Well, I've been using your auction software for about three months now, and I am writing to give you my honest opinion. I wanted to give it a fair chance before making any criticism. The truth is...I LOVE IT!!!
As a new dealer on Ebay, I purchased Auction Commander Pro to start off. I found it totally inefficient and lacking. After a month of frustration, I purchased Kinem. When I first received it, I felt a bit overwhelmed. However, after playing with it and trying all the buttons and studying the logic, it soon became a BREEZE! Now, I can accomplish in a couple of hours what used to take all day. I build my auctions twice as fast, relist expired auctions in no time flat, and manage completed auctions like a pro! My sales have increased due to maintaining a larger inventory on Ebay. I even got to quit my regular fulltime job! Thanks so much for taking the time to create this wonderful program!
